Service
Clarent provides commercial lease analysis based on market benchmarks. Our output is informational. It is not legal, financial, or real-estate advice; consult qualified professionals for actual lease decisions.
Subscription and Billing
Clarent costs €99/month or €999/year, billed in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless we otherwise agree in writing or if law requires, payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You may upload only leases you have a legal right to analyze. No scraping, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction. One account per organization unless agreed.
Disclaimers
Analysis is based on benchmarks that may not reflect specific market conditions, individual landlord behavior, or local legal context. Clarent is not liable for outcomes of negotiations or decisions made based on our analysis.
Intellectual property
Clarent retains all rights to the platform, methodology, and benchmarks. You retain rights to your lease data; by uploading you grant Clarent a license to process it for your analysis and (in anonymized form) for benchmark improvement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to Lithuanian courts.
