Who we are
Clarent operates across Europe. Contact us at help@clarent.co.
What we collect
Your email address, the lease PDFs you upload, the lease data we extract from them, the analysis we derive (Rent Score, benchmarks), and payment data processed by Stripe. We don't store card details.
Why we collect it
To provide the lease analysis you request, operate your subscription, and improve our market benchmarks using anonymized data.
Where it's stored
Supabase, in the EU (London) region.
How long we keep it
Lease data is retained while your subscription is active. On account deletion, personal data and uploaded leases are deleted within 30 days. Anonymized benchmark contributions may be retained indefinitely.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, restrict, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact help@clarent.co to exercise any of these.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies (PostHog) which require your consent. You'll see a banner on first visit.
Sub-processors
We rely on the following sub-processors to operate Clarent: Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Anthropic (AI extraction).

Material changes to this policy will be notified by email.
